Work
Work I can walk you through, end to end.
Six projects from PostHog, REOS.Global and Automattic, three of them about building with AI. Each one covers the problem, the calls I made and what actually happened, including the parts that didn’t work.

From founder idea to alpha in production at a cross-border startup
As PM at a pre-seed proptech with one developer, I replaced a six-to-eight-portal roadmap with one person who owns the deal, then scoped the alpha that went to production on 9 September 2026.

Designing an AI operating system for my own life
Eight Claude agents each own one area of my life, run on a schedule and share one database. I designed it, rolled back the first version, and rebuilt it until it held.

Rebuilding PostHog onboarding’s data, alone with Claude
Our CRM contract was running out and onboarding’s data lived inside it. I rebuilt it from scratch with Claude, doing basically what a team of ten would do, and switched over on 15 October.

Rebuilding and automating PostHog’s onboarding pipeline
About 1,450 new accounts entered PostHog’s onboarding queue in eight months, worked by a team of three. I rebuilt the pipeline behind it and automated the outreach we’d been writing by hand.

Automattic · 2024 to 2025
Launching a Gravatar feature on 1,480 conference badges
WordCamp Asia attendees came to network, and the event did little to help. I pitched Gravatar QR codes for every badge, got the feature built and launched it on the floor: about 2,820 scans.

Webinars, courses and a growth summit, with no team of its own
I took over customer education in December 2020 and ran it with about ten support engineers on rotation across three cohorts, plus volunteers, working alongside the marketing and events teams. We built blogging, podcasting and SEO courses and cut the webinar schedule from 13 a week to 7 so the ones left were worth showing up for.
Automattic · 2016 to 2023
Growing a team into a bench of leads
Five of the division’s team leads came out of my team. Twice I also stepped in to lead other team leads, the second time covering five of them for four months while running my own team.

Redesigning the interview day for onboarding hires
I rebuilt our interview day for onboarding hires so it shows how a candidate handles the customer question they didn’t prepare for, live. The team adopted the new design in the same meeting I proposed it.
